There was a recent leak that led to a ceiling collapse, it was largely due to my solar installers cutting my waterproof membrane sheets. But they have said the source is around the chimney flashing. They have patched it up temporarily as of last Thursday and it does seem to have fixed the leak. I need to confirm the leak is fixed before I get plasterers in to fix the ceiling collapse. I need a professional to - inspect what they have fixed - to either make sure they've done it right or improve upon - repair of replace the flashing or whatever is necessary - repair the hole they cut in the waterproof membrane that's lined underneath the tiles - inspect the rest of roof and around the chimney for further possible points of leakage - an invoice to be provided It is a two storey house with access to the internal antic available from a ceiling hatch on the second floor. The latest round of wind has blown open a hole slightly smaller than A5 piece of paper, but it's allowed possums to enter making huge noises in the middle of the night. I would like this blocked and other potential entry points checked. The roof is two stories and the hole is approx 6 metres from the ground so a tall ladder will be necessary. A corner of my roof gutter is dripping water. i dont know if it is clogged with leaves or if there is something else going on. it is in an awkward high spot so I am not confident going and checking it myself and making the appropriate repairs. Access to the roof will only require a 3m ladder however the point at which you need to check has a significant drop (approx 9m high) . The place in which it is dripping from the gutter is the corner of the photo attached (note that is the second story of a hatched roof - Due date: Flexible

Please quote price in reply. Let me know if it includes the options or not. I am having a deck installed and part of the install calls for a roof pole for a flyover roof. As per the diagram attached the pole has to be fixed to the internal wood frame. This will encompass: - helping remove colour bond roof sheeting for access (2 story house) - Internal wall drilling through noggin to insert 2 x M12 threaded rods NOTE: there is insulation in the walls. - Opening some (minimal) dry wall for access to screw bottom of rods Possibly will have to drill the bottom holes from this access point if it cannot be done from above. Optional: - Reinstall the roof sheeting and flash the pole. - Close any dry wall removed. I will have scaffolding to access the roof. The frame for the deck is being installed on 22-23 Sep so you will need to be available when this piece needs to be fitted. I imagine it will be on the 23rd but if you can be a little flexible that would be good. Need an experienced and qualified roofer to help identify and fix leak. The leak is bear the flashing joints around the corner between tiles/walls/and metal caping. When it rains or when you throw bucket of water to the affected area you will have water dripping down ( the ceiling directly beneath has been cut open so you can actually seek where the leak is coming from). However, when you look at the area, you can’t physical see any crack or misplaced tile or gaps in flashing. There is also idle water sitting near the valley which I hope to get rid of. - Due date: Flexible

We need a temporary fix to the roof of a house we’re going to knock down in a few months. The first floor has a flat roof and collects water, plus has cracks in the waterproofing. It looks like it’s been patched up in the past. It’s currently leaking into the rooms below through the ceiling in the hallway and the window frame in the bathroom. I’ve tried taping a temporary tarp up but with all the recent rain it hasn’t dried out enough to seal properly and the water is still getting in. See photos attached.
