Accidentally made a small hole in the roof at my rental property and i’m hoping to get it plastered and painted as soon as I can. I don’t have paint but would be happy to pay you extra to be able to get it. The small is quite minor but i’m no professional so i’m hoping to find someone who is! Located in Seddon, Melbourne.

Smell in one room of the house getting worse. Suspect dead mouse in roof cavity as could hear them a month or so back. Looking for someone experienced to advise on the smell and see if they can locate source, primarily by accessing the roof cavity. Not looking for any guarantees - just want a bit of help from someone experienced. Easy access to manhole, but note ceiling is at 11ft (old Victorian house).
