Recently had the roof tiles repainted on a block of 2 Story Townhouses in Footscray and after painting, the end exhaust vent now makes squeaking noise when it spins in the wind. We are hoping someone can help get up on the roof and fix it from making the noise. I dont have a photo of the back of the townhouses where I assume you would go up, but I've attached a copy of the front which is the same for reference. Please note there is no ceiling/crawl space access to this one.

Replace waterproof membrane on balcony aprox 6.0 m x 10.0 m - Existing tiles to be removed - surface prepared - waterproof membrane - new tiles fitted Please note it is on the 6h floor and all materials need to up and down in a lift. Feel free to come to inspect the site.

Building inspector listed a few jobs below. My main concern is water damage as seen in photos below. Also outside render flaking off due to improper guttering. Open to negotiation on price as a few things needed.

Looking for qualified roof plumber to quote and fix a leaking roof at rear of house - water is leaking into the ceiling of the lounge room inside during large rainfall events. Work already done: I have had the rear gutter repositioned with correct clearances and a down pipe sump installed in the problem area recently. I’ve also had silicon work done and some flashing installed. The builder sprayed foam into the roof sheet cavities a few years ago when the problem initially started, this may be an entry point (photos show wet conditions) There is still a leak finding it’s way into the ceiling that needs investigation and fixing. Currently home during the day so available anytime for the right airtasker to come and quote/fix. If quoting, please advise what work would be included in your price. Re-silicone parts of my bathroom and shower, and reseal around the drain area where the silicone or grout has eroded. Would also be good to fix the angle of the drain somehow to stop water pooling if possible? It’s a long rectangular drain. I can send photos, I have some grout here too if useful. Would need white silicone for mouldy sink and grey silicone for shower. - Due date: Flexible
