Hi we have a verandah hoarding over our shopfront that has a large tree dropping leaves on the hoarding and into the gutters which we can’t reach as it is above the footpath. We need the gutter cleaned out and hoarding roof swept and removed of leaves. There are also some 1st floor windows overlooking the verandah roof which need cleaning on the outside. Our office is at Glenelg. We are flexible on days/dates and would need to know that you have insurance for climbing on the roof as it can only be accessed via a ladder. No stairs. The window is old and needs to be sealed again all around it and needs appropriate rubber at the bottom to protect from infiltration (first floor). There is one broken wall vent that needs to be replaced (ground floor). Need to check the leak in the roof and fix the issue (ground floor roof). There is one down pipe from the cooling system that needs to be properly placed (first-floor roof).
