As my house has moved the downpipes have become mis-aligned and need putting in a better position to catch all rainwater. Also I need some extra pipe work attached and fitted to go into a lower drain..currently it just runs down a wooden retaining wall and pools at the bottom and so is rotting the woodwork. Repair rusted hole in gutter

We have a small leak on roof need someone to come and do an inspection and quote

There is a cracked area in the boxy part at the top of the down pipe which is leaking everywhere- past (poor) attempts at siliconing gap have not been successful

I have a low set rental home where part of the guttering that sits under a roof eave has attracted nesting pigeons. There are no babies. I have removed the nest once and put in small plastic spikes from Bunnings but they are returning. I have cleaned the pigeon excrement away but I suspect it is back. Excrement is also on a small part of the colourbond roof. The area of gutter is probably around 1 metre. That’s where the eave stops. I require cleaning and a permanent deterrent put in place. For instance a gutter guard or permissible spikes. Please see attached picture. The home is at North Lakes. Thank you.

Clean gutters single story home

Gutter clean, left and right side of the house plus double garage gutter one side. Three sides all up. Prob take someone 30-45 mins with the right ladder. Last bloke didn't show up and his comms went dead, so reposting this task. Would be good to have it done early this coming week starting Monday Aug 5th, but I'm flexible with day and time, as working from home.

Per pictures attached, I require the excavation of soil to locate stormwater pipes and connect existing carport downpipes to street stormwater. One side is less than a metre to storm pipe, the other side is approximately 4 metres. Pictures outline the storm pipe in blue, excavating required in red and the pipe join in purple. Tasker will need to have basic pipe connection skills and preferably a small bobcat to locate the existing stormwater pipes.

Access roof area and remove all leaf debris, from Roof and gutter
