Need the flashing/ abutment (not sure if these are the correct names) see photos of the section that is rusted. It appears that there is a reaction between the zincalume and flashing (possibly galvanised) which has caused it to rust. We do not have any water coming through yet, so this is preventative. The width of the house is approximately 6600mm. Access to this part of the roof is possible from the back deck (the roof covers half of the deck, the other half is exposed). Scope Of Works: Upstairs Ensuite Shower (Unit 41) Shower Screen: Remove existing shower screen and wall channels. Re-fit existing shower screen on completion Full Retile - Shower Floor, (3) Walls and Hob: Remove existing tap ware and fittings. Re-fit existing tap ware and fittings on completion, if possible . Remove existing tiles from (3) walls, floor and inside, top & outside (if necessary) of hob. Remove existing floor waste. Fit new 80/100mm square chrome waste and puddle flange, if required.
