Hello i have water leak on second story house in St Albans. House is only 4 years old. Flat roof.

The previous owner of the house have the downpipes directly draining into the ground instead of proper stormwater system. I'm looking for someone to help connect the downpipe into the stormwater system (see images) out near the mainroad. Alternatively, there are drain systems at the back of the house, and under the car.
