Roofer needed to repair terracotta tiles roof. We have replacement tiles and ridge caps. Aim is to swap out broken tiles, repoint the roof and reattach the guttering where it's come away. Also replace a small (eg 30cm square) piece of corrugated iron. We are aiming to make the roof generally waterproof, not to restore it completely. My neighbour has his TV facing away from the wall (but same end)shared by my bedroom and his living room and i can hear it even if the soundbar isn't on, when sound bar is on, it's driving me mad. I can also hear just normal conversation when there is more than 1 person over, Wall is approx 2.8/3m wide and reinforced concrete. On the average cost it says 80-200 and i have no idea what is realistic as there are obviously options. I would like the solution to keep the wall looking exactly as is in the pic when finished.
