Timber kennel needs to be repainted inside and out. Cleaning prior will be required. I have a hose pipe and cleaning products and will supply paint and brushes. Also needs roof fixed. Timber to be purchased from Bunnings. Advice required on this.

Hello, Could you please let me know how you would charge or quote to fix a leaking tiled roof. It is leaking over the bathroom since we had the gutters cleaned. Three roofers, a plumber and the gutter guy have looked at it and done things such as add an extra downpipe, but it is still leqking.

Require a Licenced and experienced Solar panel installer to lift 1 solar panel and replace Terracotta tile that was broken during solar panel installation. This is on second storey that should be accessible using a ladder. Dont think the person would need to go onto roof area. The damaged tile looking at the Picture is the 5th Solar panel from the Right hand side. When the panel installers inserted the panel bracket under the roof tile, it appears to have cracked the tile.
