Supply and install approx 10 meters of guttering and a down pipe. Approx 2.5m.

Exhaust point from kitchen on corrugated roof needs resealing as it’s letting water in. High access required. Ground to gutter is 4.5m so would need a longer ladder.

I have attached a photo with the following work labelled: B: unblock existing earthenware that runs all the way to street (or install new) A: install gutter and down pipe on patio roof and run down-pipe into earthenware B. Must match / similar to existing gutters and down pipes on rest of house. C: down pipe currently drains straight on to lawn. Redirect to a proper drain located underneath house at front of house, same side of house. D: down pipe on other side of house (can’t be seen in picture). Same current situation as C.
