Roof gutter cleaning removing leaves and other dirt

A section of our roof gutter has rust spots and is leaking. Unsure if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Looking for someone to assess all our roof gutters, advise on next steps, and repair/replace. *NOTE: happy to adjust to a higher price after initial quote.

Need a small piece of grey sandstone (approx 20cm X 20cm X 13cm) to be supplied and inserted in a road gutter (around a sewerage pipe) to match existing gutter to meet DA approval. The existing concrete will be removed prior.

Remove an old waterproofing strip on the side of a building for about 5 metres. It is peeling off easily. Vacuum and clean the crack between footpath and building and apply a waterproofing ACRYLMERIC SILICONE WATER REPELLENT and waterproof stretchy silicone.

Clean the gutters and drains along two sides of the house. One side is quite tall - but we have a ladder - and the other side is above the porch. The gutters are very blocked with stagnant water and moss etc, and there's a tree next to them from our neighbour that probably doesn't help things - ideally you could cut them back a bit to the fence line. The small box gutter above our front verandah leaks with most heavy rain. There doesn't appear to be any rust damage and the decrabond roof is in generally good shape. It may be leaking where the gutter butts up to the wall as you will see in the pictures. It is accessible from our front yard. I have a minor leak around the edge of my skylight, likely due to the silicone/flushing wearing out in the sun. Need a repairman to head up on my roof (2 story house) and fix. Picture of leak attached.

After my gutters cleared (about 40metres). Highest point would be about 4.5M. Slight sagging in one small section - which might need a couple of brackets. Also run a hose through gutter on one side to make sure water is draining right (there is moisture build up in internal wall - and would like to discuss if anything else needs to be done to address (any extra repairs paid separate)
