The small box gutter above our front verandah leaks with most heavy rain. There doesn't appear to be any rust damage and the decrabond roof is in generally good shape. It may be leaking where the gutter butts up to the wall as you will see in the pictures. It is accessible from our front yard. Water is coming into double story house through roof. Looks like the external a/c ducting is rusted and is leaking - see photos. Ducting need removing and replacement and sealant etc will also need replacing. Happy for price breakdown to be for labour only and cost of any materials to be added as agreed. After my gutters cleared (about 40metres). Highest point would be about 4.5M. Slight sagging in one small section - which might need a couple of brackets. Also run a hose through gutter on one side to make sure water is draining right (there is moisture build up in internal wall - and would like to discuss if anything else needs to be done to address (any extra repairs paid separate)
