We need a professional to thoroughly seal our roof to prevent future leaks. The roof is in good condition but, being a bit older, has developed small seasonal leaks. We want to fully seal it before installing internal thermal insulation on the second-floor ceiling. I've been told that pressure wash the roof to remove dirt, then applying primer coat and 2 coats of painting will be a good solution. However we are open for any suggestions. We are looking for someone experienced in roof maintenance and sealing who can ensure a 100% waterproof result. Please provide a quote and estimated timeframe. Let us know if you need any more details. I have attached an aerial photo of the roof. The photo is missing the roof of the back of the house, which is the other half. Not sure about the budget. Need to fix my car roof lining

to insall 2 -3 down pipes as eaves gutters installed to the house between the verandah are not able to cope with the volume of water during storm. There are some valley gutter slipped tiles that need to be fixed .There is some perished seals and separated seals that need to be fixed. Please quote the job. Need to try and get it done next week if possible .job posted else where also.

Colorbond roof check for leaking issue. Problem: No visible leaking, but start to have indoor ceiling mould along the edge of the roof, and some other part of the roof. Need a roof expert to check the roof condition, find the leaking reason and fix it. The price is negligible, depends on how we fix the problem. Better to come and locate the reason first. Picture shows some indoor mould area, and the outside eave and roof itself.

Metal roof on existing pergola as currently leaks

Hi! There seems to be a leak in my roof and water slowly drips through the second story roof after some persistent rain. The roof is fairly new, 8 year old colorbond roof - from new build. The roof gutters, down pipes, solar panels and extrusions are maintained annually (e.g. whirly bird, tv antennas - resealed). Need someone to help identify the cause of the leak and repair. Need somebody to install a roof top tent on top of my car. It’s a Kings MK3 and it’s quite heavy. Happy to travel to someone with the proper tools to do the job. My car currently has a roof rack on.
