It’s roof over the bar and one of the corner sheet is missing I guess it’s acrylic or a normal Reid sheet but it’s definitely not a metal

We are getting our bali hut re-surfaced. I need the old grass thatching removed and marine ply fixed to the top side of the rafters, ready for the tiler to start. Area is 5.2x3.8 under roof.

I have a leak coming onto my ceiling from a tin roof or possibly the box guttering above. I have not been able to locate the issue on the roof from the surrounding area. I have a similar issue but not as bad in another location. The images do not do it justice, as it is dripping down onto carpet.

We need to patch work 2 spots in the ceiling. One is from water damage in the laundry area (thats has been fixed) but needs to be sanded and painted / patched. The other is a small hole from a down light that needs to be patched in the ceiling and will then need to have spot paint to conver it up. This is to adhere to requests from buyers who have asked us to do it prior to the unit going under contract.

A new tin roof was fitted to our build just prior to Christmas. At which time the antenna originally on the roof was removed but not refitted. I'm now without tv signal to my Unit and need to have an antenna, (either the original which is here lying on the front garden or a new one,) fitted up on the roof.
