Every time it rains or get car washed there’s a puddle of water on my passenger side floor. I did I test on my sunroof and poured water on sunroof.. water leaked into the passenger side area.

We have a downpipe on a second floor that now drips and makes a hammering noise for 1 hour or so after rain

Waterproof floor of Laundry and adjacent WC. Tile floor and part of the walls. Floor area is total 7 sq metres. Wall area total is 2.4 sq metres. I have grout, will need adhesive. I am supplying all tiles. I will remove old tiles and fittings prior.

We're getting a new roof installed. The builders will remove the roof and put it on the driveway. We need someone to come and pick up the metal roof sheets, load them up and take them for scrapping. Roof will be removed in the next week or so, so I would like to lock someone in for the job. Happy to help load the sheets if between 7am-3pm.

The part where the patio roof and the house meets leaks a little bit when there is heavy rain. Need to seal off with silicone and maybe a flashing. It is not high up, lower than a single story house. I have the materials. Just need someone to climb up and seal (currently injured so can’t go up myself) Should be a quick job + testing if leaks after Cheers

Clean gutter for double story house

Clean gutters on a two storey house. Back gutter, in particular, seems heavily clogged. There are no gutter guards. About 30m of gutter in total, with half of that being pretty clean.

Looking for quotes in bird-proofing 18 solar panels preventing further pigeons nesting on our solar panels. Approx. 3 pigeons currently nesting. We have 18 solar panels, double storey townhouse and located in Gymea Bay.
