A cafe shop on Haymarket, it is the water leaking drop down at the frontage of the shop. I need a roofer to inspect the roof and provide a quote for repairs.

Looking for an experienced waterproofer. All materials and costs should be included in price. Parapet wall of end terrace needs to be cleaned, repaired, waterproofed and painted. It is an end terrace and the drop to the ground level is too high for ladder, so you will probably need a safety rope. After repair and waterproofing the new section needs to be painted (I have the paint). Length of wall / parapet is about 35M. See pics of the wall and closeups of some cracks.

The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden. Looking for someone to clean my gutters. Two bedroom, single storey home in Botany. Timber framed, pitched, coated metal roof.

Handyman required to clean out approx 15m length of gutter along the front/side of the house. Single storey but elevated at the front so someone with an extension ladder is required.

Need gutters cleaned front and back, on two levels. There is a deck at the back that allows easier access on that side to get to the top. Black spiky gutter guards are in place (see pic)

During the recent heavy rain, some electrical switches have become faulty due to water damage behind the wall. Need somebody to isolate where the leak is coming from and find a way to stop it from coming from behind the wall. The house is early 1900’s 2 story townhouse, but the leak is in the newer extension at the back which was part of a renovation done before we bought this place. Unsure the best way to get on the roof as we haven’t had to do that since we have lived here, but I’ve included a photo of the outside of the house and the wall going to the roof where the leak is.
