Clean gutters and remove old leaves

I have a Velux roof window that has blinds in it that need to be replaced. Blinds have been purchased, old ones need to be removed. Roof window is easily accessible at shoulder height.

Need to install a Roof rack on my 2018 Ford Ranger. I’ve got all the parts, nuts and screws. Need to be done from 2pm onwards.

We have a velux window which is easily accessible inside the house, but which is hard to reach from the outside (on slanted roof, above an awning, see photo). The window has a screen on the outside (I assume to shield from the sun). We’d like to remove the screen, but I think that this will require accessing the window from the outside. I’m not sure if the photos make sense, happy to organise a video call if easier to understand.
