Need someone with a ladder to clear leaf litter from my gutters. All in all shouldn’t take longer than an hour, there’s only about 3/4 metres worth of gutters. See pictures attached for the front, also one 1m wide out the back. Will attach better pictures later

It's a two-story terrace house requiring a three-story ladder for the front gutters. The roof is quite steep, so access is only possible with a harness at the back or a taller ladder at the front. There are only a few gutters, but they are positioned quite high up, as shown in the pictures. The back section can be done with a smaller ladder as a two-person job

Condensation dripping down the inside of my ceiling due to poor roofing install. I need the about three roof panels removed, the damaged timber panels underneath replaced, and the roofing reinstalled.

Replace down pipe Probably only needs to replace from the second floor down to street level. Quote needs to include all materials and also disposal of the old pipe please

Need help fix two small leaks above stair case and bedroom back

We have a narrow, 3br freestanding house in need of a gutter clean. The front (original) part of the house is single storey. The rear is an extension with the 3rd bedroom upstairs, so that half has a second storey. There is also a small, flat tin roof at the rear, facing the garden. Please quote for either your hourly rate (and estimate of how many hours), otherwise a fixed fee for the whole job. Need my solar panels meshed in from birds and the guttering meshed on my second floor only got first floor done originally. It's quite high and angled

The net came down and I would like if someone can nail it or fix it back into the gutter so that it doesn’t happen again

Looking for someone to clean my gutters. Two bedroom, single storey home in Botany. Timber framed, pitched, coated metal roof.

Handyman required to clean out approx 15m length of gutter along the front/side of the house. Single storey but elevated at the front so someone with an extension ladder is required.

Need gutters cleaned front and back, on two levels. There is a deck at the back that allows easier access on that side to get to the top. Black spiky gutter guards are in place (see pic)

During the recent heavy rain, some electrical switches have become faulty due to water damage behind the wall. Need somebody to isolate where the leak is coming from and find a way to stop it from coming from behind the wall. The house is early 1900’s 2 story townhouse, but the leak is in the newer extension at the back which was part of a renovation done before we bought this place. Unsure the best way to get on the roof as we haven’t had to do that since we have lived here, but I’ve included a photo of the outside of the house and the wall going to the roof where the leak is.

Chippendale terrace. The downpipe on the terrace has rusted. Covers 2 stories, needs replacing with 90mm bluegum colourbond pipe. The right corner of the balcony roof allows water to run down the external balcony wall. Likely needs reflashing. Bull nose roof seems in tact, no sign of rust.

The insulation above my 2nd bedroom is apparently patchy and in need of a top up (or replace, you're the expert, not me). There's maybe 2 feet of headroom, the room is around 3 x 4m. Happy to take your advice on approach. Often work from home so week days or weekends are on the table for completion.
