We have a rat (or rats) living in the roof cavity of my garage (2.4m x 5m) which is an office conversion. This has happened before and I thought we had found and sealed all the possible entry points after the last infestation. We have just baited the roof space (there is a manhole entry but not much space). The insulation bats are showing signs of the infestation with rat droppings, and the smell in the office is bad. Install new twin shower head (back plate and shower head supplied) 3. Remove two rusted basin taps 4. Cut down old copper wall pipes 5. Install wall stops (stop cocks and flanges supplied) 6. Looking for someone to clean the gutters on our paddington terrace. Must have own ladder and insurance. Looking for someone to clean out the leaves by hand and not with water (have had a previous company use water and it flooded the roof space). Gutters run along the back and side, on two stories.
