We have a rat (or rats) living in the roof cavity of my garage (2.4m x 5m) which is an office conversion. This has happened before and I thought we had found and sealed all the possible entry points after the last infestation. We have just baited the roof space (there is a manhole entry but not much space). The insulation bats are showing signs of the infestation with rat droppings, and the smell in the office is bad. Install new twin shower head (back plate and shower head supplied) 3. Remove two rusted basin taps 4. Cut down old copper wall pipes 5. Install wall stops (stop cocks and flanges supplied) 6. Install new basin mixer tap (supplied). You’ll need to bring your own tools and may need to supply incidental materials eg. plumbers tape, connectors for pipes/stops, etc. I might ask some questions/advice about possible additional work - potential for future jobs down the track.
