Need someone to supply and install insulated roof panelling on our deck. Will need a channel for electrical to install an outdoor fan light

I would like sound proofing added to a downstairs office on the ceiling. I can supply the soundproofing material (but open to advice on this). The room is a large office - about 3m * 4.8m. The ceiling is the floorboards from upstairs.

Water is getting through the roof. roof is hail damaged and probably brittle. It may not be safe to stand on roof without something to spread the weight. Super Six profile I think. It is not possible to easily check the support for the roof because it is sandwiched between fibro roof and fibro ceiling.

Refer to the photo of the downpipe. This one runs from the house gutter into a water tank. Need it replaced and sealed so water doesn't drop off the edge or down the middle of the downpipe. Please submit offers. Thanks

I have a small section (approx 0.5m) of guttering that has rusted that requires replacement, not sure if it is possible to just replace the small section that is effected or if the whole section would need to be done (approx 5m), Job would require advising if small section could be replaced or whole thing (and quote) would require sourcing gutter replacement (same color etc) and then carrying out the work.

We believe the task involves neatly cutting and removing a straight section of the existing gutter (approx 2.7m) retaining the existing gutter brackets and lapping, sealing and riveting a new section of colour matched (colourbond monument) quad gutter to existing gutter brackets.
