Hi, we have a leak or 2 on one side of the wall, I think it's because the flashing but im not 100% sure. woud someone be able to help on Monday? the flashing were replaced a few months ago and one side is ok and the other side is now leaking. the total area is 4m long, not sure how much would need to be fixed. this is for the backyard, kitchen area so just on the roof of ground floor, easy access, can use a small ladder or we know a way to get up there without a ladder. the house is near central station, meter street parking infront. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 10 October 2022

Quote to install a double outside waterproof power point against wall or under overhang. There is existing power in the outside laundry.

1) Chimney (low roof): Mortar between bricks is falling off where water can infiltrate. Repair with mortar or fill the gaps with silicon and a coated membrane. 2) Step wall flashing: In poor condition and pulling away from the wall. Gap where the water can infiltrate. Remove and install a new one. 3) Gutter: The one along the top roof (approx 5 m) is rusty. Remove and install and new one. 4) Spreaders: Install a new downpipe and 2 spreaders for each East-West roofs. 5) Chimney (top roof): Lead step flashing it will lead to rust corrosion, it requires to be replaced. The chimney should be attended by bricklayer. 6) Review other points on the roof and under for potentials water infitration and leaks. 7) Scaffolding installation for the works. No access to the backyard for a vehicle.
