Replace the cap over the rangehood exhaust vent on the roof (second story). The cap has come loose and flipped so it is open. From the ground I can see what looks like 2 metal attachment straps that no longer attach to the cap. You would need a long ladder to get onto the roof. I assume the cap keeps rain and birds out. An old ex builder told me he thought it was an easy job worth $50 to 100. Probably needs new pop rivets to secure the cap - Due date: Flexible

Removal of dish from roof and outlets from 3 walls - Due date: Flexible
