Main Roof: * Replace ~4 broken roof tiles (contractor to source matching). * Repoint corner tiles as needed. * Tighten screws on rear balcony overhang. 3. 1st Floor Gutters: * Fix poor drainage in 3 specific 1st floor gutter sections. * Address water ingress observed via fascia in these spots; ensure properly sealed. My in-laws purchased an online shed and need help with someone to finish building it for them. They need the front and the roof finished.

Old pot belly heater. We have bricks for hearth and / or backing but room is enclosed verandah with colourbond roof, no ceiling.

Replace a small section of downpipe, as per photo where temporary pipe is fitted. Not completely straight forward. Will need to be cut and angled around bracket. Just need it to look more presentable. Will need it to be supplied and fitted.

Tile or two on roof need to be ‘sellied’ or sealed and amended as best can be to ensure it’s safe
