2 or 3 tiles on my roof might be broken, just need someone who can replace it

During heavy rain the eaves above the front door leak.

There is a leak coming from the roof, through around the gutters and going on the windows. Seems like no tiles are broken on the roof or anything major that I can spot.

The task involves inspecting and repairing a leak in a specific section of the roof, primarily around the cooling duct and corner area. The suspected causes are either a too-small valley gutter or issues with tiles in the affected area. Scope of Work: 1. Inspect the roof in the affected area. 2. Provide photos for assessment. 3. Fix the leak. 4. Replace the valley gutter/few tiles if necessary. 5. Add roof flashing as required. 6. Close the open hole to avoid possum entry(see photo) Please review the photos provided for more details. The tax invoice must be provided.

Additionally, water pooling also creates an environment that is susceptible to termite and pest infestation. A roofing plumber should be appointed as soon as possible to assess the entire roof and install relevant roof plumbing materials, ensuring that no further damage is sustained,

The outdoor alfresco area roof is generally in good shape however there are areas which have minor leakage when it rains across 5-6 different sections. Need for someone to take a look and seal accordingly Leaks are mainly on the left hand side of the picture where the alfresco roof meets the building roof

Recently got my roof restored. Now I need some help to get the Gables and Fascias painted with an appropriate colour of choice. I will provide paint and any other primers etc required. Other tools, drop sheets etc to be brought by the painter.
