Gutter leading into water tanks seem blocked causing overflowing water in heavy rain

We have 2 x roof leaks during heavy downpour. We also have a blocked downpipe needing clearing.

Itsa very small area. I need it removed as I'm building wall all the way to the top.

Need someone do the inspection on the roof and replace the cracked tiles and put some silicon if required. I had another person cleaned the gutters yesterday and identified around 6 tiles cracked. I have the water leak on the roof at specific location when rain is heavy. I have got spare tiles with me to replace.

Section of downpipe has come loose where it attaches to the roof parapet. Needs putting back in place and securing to the brickwork. Roof access easiest from the fire escape in the back yard.

Please help seal a roof leak in our kitchen area. Kitchen has overhead skylights and it’s likely there’s a leak in the surrounding area on the roof above it. Had a similar issue happen before with the other skylight. Hi, I would need an experienced person to clean the gutters for me for a two storey townhouse.

There is a small water leak from the roof which has resulted in the water staining the plasterboard. Only issue is the leak is directly under the solar panels so ideally i need someone to go in the roof and seal it from the inside.

Need help on waterproofing

Roof tiles broken on two location due to massive wind last week. I do have spare tiles just need a roofer to install and fix it up so that it doesn’t come off again
