Nice easy one for you, hopefully. Need gutters cleaned on 2 x tiny houses. Length of gutters on one house is only 5 metres per side. On other house only 8 metres. Would also like the 8 x solar panels pressure washed while you’re up there too please (no need for hand wash - they’re not very dirty). Everything accessible by ladder. No need to climb on roof. Looking for someone experienced in plumbing to drain and remove a water tank, the pump and alter run off guttering. Water tank may need to be cut into pieces. Also looking for disposal. The water tank has already been disconnected and redirected to main water supply.

Need gutters cleared/cleaned for a 3 bedroom single-storey house with carport. Haven't had it done for 3 years so could be significant build-up of leaves etc. Don't have a long enough ladder so can't get up there to take photos.

We had our laundry renovated a few years ago, and rented the house out. It appears the section the laundry taps are located, directly below them is a small section that is not waterproofed or tiled. So there is mould building on the exposed subfloor. I would imagine this section of subfloor needs to be replaced, then waterproofed and tiled like the rest of the laundry.
