We need assistance with cleaning the gutters. I dont believe there will be much in them given there are few trees in the area. Saying that, there is grass growing out of the front gutter! It is a four bedroom, single story with colourbond roofing.

We have 8 PVC down pipes with faded paint that need to be repainted. They’re approximately 3m tall. We also have a small (aluminium / colorbond?) patio cover that has also faded. Its is approximately 1.5sqm. All equipment and materials will need to be provided, including the paint.

Looking for a plumber to reroute some downpipes on the south side of the property. We’re putting in new sliding doors and kitchen windows, and we’d like the pipes moved so they’re out of sight once everything’s installed. Details: - The pipes currently run in front of where the new doors and windows will be, so we need them redirected (see photos for the current setup and the new path marked in green). - You’ll need a ladder to reach everything.
