I need to hang my Samsung frame tv which requires a PowerPoint in the roof. And then need to run the cables down to the TV bracket. PowerPoint location is other side of the house to where manhole is.

The room beneath my garage didn’t have proper waterproofing on outside walls so high moisture coming through from the walls. it’s structurally sound but works need to be done to either just remove current waterproofing membrane and do it again professionally OR perforate the existing wall, then run a membrane then a drain , then build a new wall, with a drain in between to avoid excavations from the outside. Need a professional who can advise what is required here and do this effectively and hopefully as quickly as possible. just put in a price to get the ball rolling but obviously inspection would be required and formal quotes sought.

I am having works done on the house and a possum / rat has become trapped in the roof space and I need it removed.

Fix a leak with silicon on the roof this morning. Warrandyte location

I have two existing pergolas (50sqM) with corrugated sheet metal roofs. Both pergola roofs can be easily accessed with a 2m extension ladder. The corrugated sheet metal roofs will soon be re-coloured. This job is the prep work that needs to be done before high pressure cleaning and paint spraying: (1) Seal gaps in metal capping and flashing with adhesive silicon. (2) Seal around base of existing exhaust flues with adhesive silicon. (3) Secure all screws on the corrugated metal roof. I will supply the adhesive silicon as a particular product and colour needs to be used. I need a handy person who can go onto the roof and do this work on a Saturday OR Sunday when I am home.
