Need a gutter installed on a deck roof. Have all parts to install, just need someone to finish the job.

OPEN TO OFFERS. Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to do gutter cleaning, I might include the ceiling if there is any potential package price. Once the gutter is cleaned, i would like you to install a gutterguard. I’ll provide this material, you just need to install it. You can find photos attached of what the gutterguard is in case you don’t know, or look it up in Bunnings Property is one level, gutter is all around the house.

The gutter above my deck leaks, possibly also water is coming in from the posts of the flyover into the roof cavity, I need someone to inspect, confirm the problem and correct it.

Two storey house, gutters are about 5.5-5.7m above the ground. Concrete around the house. Modern building, should not be a lot of leaves in most gutters.

We have a leak in our garage roof. A roofer came a few months ago and said he had fixed it but we just had our first major rain since then...and it is still leaking. I guess we're fortunate we hadn't gotten to restoring the ceiling yet. I have pushed out a piece of safety tape from the inside of the roof to show where the leak seams to be coming from. Not exactly sure, but it looks like this is leaking onto the isolation batts from the roof, then onto the ceiling. It was damaged by hail and leaks into the roof during heavy rain 2 - Repair garage roof - water got into the garage ceiling - The insurance assessor determined that cladding under the deck finishes 60mm short of the corner stop and that the sealant at the external corner of the deck and roof flashing has deteriorated - They say that what needs to be done is: seal off cladding line under the deck + re-do seal between garage roof flashing and deck structure. - Due date: Flexible
