House is in Zeehan and the below is the issue: Set up ladder and removed roof sheets in problem area found several damp/wet areas. Roof cavity smells highly of rat urine. Removal of roof sheet shows very old and torn sisalation which is not doing its job, its allowing condensation to run off holes in/tears in sisalation causing damage to plaster ceiling inside, also found wet/ damp area in eaves would be caused through same issue.
