Every time it rains, there is a small amount of water accumulation on my floor. I suspect it’s a roof leak, and I need to climb up to the roof to check where the leak is and repair it.

I have a roof tile that has moved on my two story house and I need it put back in place. The tile is on the roof valley and letting water in.

I’ve got my upstairs shower leaking water to the kitchen downstairs. We had a plumber come and do a dye test and advised this is a water proofing issue. Please see images attached

The original water proof grouting between the tiles has come off in a couple of areas. This need to be fixed.

The shower is all ripped out. It was leaking has some rotted wood that needs replacing and needs to be waterproofed and tiled again and a new screen put on. I’m not sure what the price should be, looking for a rough estimate if possible. Thanks - Due date: Flexible

20 year old concrete roof tiles need maintenance

In the heavy rain on Friday night, the ceiling in the bathroom started dripping water. We need a roofer to find and fix the problem. We have terrocoate tiles. Thanks

My Mum has a lot of old items that have been stored up in her roof cavity above the garage for 30+ years... Items like very old heavy tv, large rug, golf clubs, heavy boxes of books, esky, etc. these are now causing issues with her ceiling due to weight so it all needs to come down in to the garage via a ladder so she can then sort it all. She’s elderly so can’t do it herself.

New build exposed frames. Insulating the roof and one wall of garage. Roof around 36 sq m with R6 insulation and wall around 18 sq m with R2.5 insulation
