We would like someone to paint our roof, we are happy for them to use abseiling as an option, we prefer not to use scaffolding. Only require the front of the house to be painted, that areas showing in the photographs.

I have a new roof top tent I would like installed on my trucks tray racks. All parts included and racks ready to go. First photo product and second photo vehicle.

The roof is aluminium. The leaks are coming in next to the skylight and also on the exterior of the rangehood. There are a few rusting spots near the skylight that also need repair.

The chimney is shared between two semis. The leak is on my neighbour's side. The lead flashing appears to be in good condition. the morter around the ceramic "crown" is very weather and I think this is where the leak is coming from.

Planter box on 1st floor of a double storey house to adjacent balcony area needs to be waterproofed. Planter box has three connecting sections measure: 1840x420x550mm (length x width x depth), 2500x780x550mm and 1900x780x550 mm. To waterproof and facilitate good drainage via two drains on the bottom of planter boxes. Can see one of the drains in the photo. It will be filled with soil after waterproofing. Work required: priming, applying self level to create appropriate drainage, sealing junctions, holes if any and floor waste, waterproofing 2 coats. There are two pictures attached. One with the issue, the other with a proposed solution but happy to hear your ideas. Single storey house. We noticed there is an area inside our house that will leak slightly if there is heavy rain with high wind, but no problems if it just raining normally. We have concluded that there is an area on the roof above the leak that is potentially the problem. As seen in picture one, there is a gap (est less than 30cm) in the custom flushing which will cover the roof from rain but if there is wind, rain is blown inwards to an area where it is not waterproof. The solution (picture 2) is for a trades person to cut and position a cover (can be roof metal sheet or others) for the area to prevent rain from entering the gap during high wind. This area all gaps and connection should be silicon sealed for waterproofing. We will also require the right side to be applied silicon to waterproof the ridges on the roof to prevent water from flowing inwards. Can quote with and without materials.
