Need someone to clean the gutters in my highest Queenslander (3 bedroom house)

I want gutter cleaned for my 2 story terrace house, have solar panels. Will require own ladder to reach the gutter.

Supply and install approximately 16m of guttering, 7m on the right hand side and 9m on the left hand side of house. Needs to fit in with current guttering (Colorbond Quad). To paint the front of new guttering before/ after installation so matches house (paint colour of Silver Tea Set will be provided, in addition to brushes). Removal and disposal of old/rusted/damaged guttering. Note: 2-storey house with narrow space between house and fence. Will need scaffolding. Photos provided.

The gutters of our house need to be cleaned out. The property is a two storey house with a large mango tree that overhanges one side of the house. We believe other other side is clean as there is nothing overhanging the gutters. The photos show the problem areas and the height of the gutters. Access to the roof is easy from the front of the house.

1. Paint finishing touches to gate; and remove catch and prime hardwood; 2. Paint downpipe and conduit same colour as house; 3. Paint front door where wood exposed; You will need to provide and colour match all paint.

Accidentally threw my keys on the roof when trying to get them up to my brother. Need someone with a very large ladder or magnet to help get big set of keys off the roof

Looking for someone to repair gaps and leaks in roof of a 1920's Queenslander. Payment price listed at $50 ph

I require 3 x solar panels to be taken down off the roof. These are not connected. It just requires someone with a high ladder to get up and remove them in tact - Due date: Before Friday, 21 July 2023

There are two main tasks in this: Removing solar hot water panels: 1. If need be, cap off existing water feeds 2. Dis-assemble the existing panel and remove them off the roof Replacing 3 roof sheets: 1. Install 3 x roof sheets to suit existing lengths removed 2. Remove 3 x roof sheets from section where solar panels where installed 3. Refit barge / ridge capping to suit new sheets installed 4. Remove old roof screws with rusted heads and replace with new Materials (roof sheets, roof screws, skip bin hire, ...) are paid by me. The downpipe always leaks/spills over into our front verandah in heavy rain. It is hard to tell if it is blocked or in need of a superior connection to the gutter to stop this issue. May need to be cut open and emptied or replaced. - Due date: Before Saturday, 25th Dec 2021

I need my all of my gutters cleaned from debris. My house is a high raised Queenslander with pitched roof. I have one extendable ladder to use but you may need safety gear as my home is 2 levels. It’s about 32 metres down one side of the house

Experienced Plumber to install one down-pipe similar to existing. We wish to have a down-pipe installed to help relieve water pressure from the gutter. 3 photos are attached. Photo 1 demonstrating easy access; Photo 2 close up of similar down-pipe required; Photo 3 outline drawing of where we require the extra down-pipe. Once again, the roof is very easily accessed via a ladder. We are after a price that includes all materials.
