There has been a leak around the chimney and on inspection all the flashing is cracked. I assume that all flashing should be replaced. It is a rental propery so the real estate agent will need to be notified before any work is done.

I need my small bathroom waterproofed. (Approx 1.3m x 2.5m) There will be a walk in shower where the bath is and then a false wall made under the mirror. Original tiles on floor will remain and will be tiled over. Wall tiles will be stripped back and ready for application. Only need the shower and false wall to be waterproofed. Need a temporary roof cover built or put up in car slot at the back of house. Going to use it to store furniture so can’t have water getting in. Need the ground o be dry then also Could maybe be done by tying tarps across but I’m not to sure.
