Find experienced local roofers in Winthrop

First floor, eave has a lot of water stains and sagging. I did see overflow gutter during heavy rain but no visible blockage of down pipe and the back. Roof tiles also look ok from above. Need a roof plumber’s expertise and some investigation work, may need a front overflow pvc pipe on gutter? (can supply PVC pipe). Or maybe Flexible flashing on tiles? Time is flexible, access from top of garage. Need an estimate quote and will pay extra for extra labour/material required. Many thanks Shane.

Need help cutting off a metal gutter pipe. Appropriate tools required. I tried using my own tin snips but it could not achieve a clean cut.

During heavy rain, we can hear a dripping sound in the ceiling. Could you please check whether there is a cracked tile in the roof, and if so, fix it. We have some spare tiles. Also, we have a loose toilet seat, could you fix it in place. We also have some water coming through the bathroom vent when it rains, we suspect nothing can be done about that but if you want to take a look at it it would be appreciated. The date is negotiable.

I would like to repoint a few of my ridge caps and replace broken tiles under the ridge caps. I have the tiles.
