Need the full roof gutter to be cleaned and also a guard to be potentially installed

Hi, I need someone reliable with the correct equipment to clean gutters, downpipes and roof on Monday morning - 7:30 start. Must have height safety equipment and all other equipment needed

Replace existing pergola laser lite, approximately 8 sheets x 3.2 meters. Want 4 sheets color bond or similar corrugated to match Pergola & remaining UV laser light light grey tint. Also need flashing replaced in color bond or similar.

The roof needs to be repaired, cleaned, and painted. Some woodwork repairs are necessary. Some tiles need to be replaced. Gutters may need cleaning and painting.

Require two job: 1. Install down pipe from existing gutter. See first photo. 2. Attach gutter to back of granny flat (connecting with existing shed) and install a down pipe. Length of gutter approximately 4000mm. I can source materials if advised what is required. I already have the gutter but it will need to be cut.

Had the deck roof timber frame replaced, made a start painting and just not getting the time to finish. I'll supply everything (paint and equipment) to get the job done. It is accessable by 3 step ladder except there is a section that is about 4mtrs off the ground from a pool deck only about 600mm wide footing, quiet tricky to get too. If you have the expertise and equipment (I do not have equipment to access) to get that area done then feel free to state so and make an offer. Otherwise any offers I will assume encompass the basic job of 2 coats of the frame accessed from a 3 step ladder. (provided) Estimate 3 hours work (some dry time might be required which would break the job up). Probably don't need to say it but if there is any spilage especially on the timber decking - there's no money coming your way. Will supply drop sheets. Job date negotiable to suit both of us and the weather. Located in Yallambie (north-east suburbs). I have a few basic jobs still to do (decking/paver pressure wash, deck Oil, pool glass clean, further painting, all sorts of DIY stuff) if the right person does a good job at the right price happy to supply further cash work. Approx. 6 metres of the gutter around the house has detached from the fascia (refer photo). Part of the fascia is rotted in this area. Want someone to screw it back on, and if possible, drill additional holes and put in a couple of more screws to make it more secure. I am open to suggestions. Also, at the same corner, the soffit has fallen down a little (refer photo), there could be minor cracks on the roof pointing (refer photo). Want someone to fix the soffit and have a look at this side of the roof pointing and apply sealant to the minor cracks (if any). The house is single storey. - Due date: Flexible

Clean gutters 2 story house

Our stairwell needs painting - we had a painter here doing the rest of the upstairs spaces, however his extension ladder would not fit through the doors of the house to get into the stairwell. A folding extension ladder is what would be required for this job. All paint supplied. Some patch and repair work on the walls would also need to be done on the areas where we have removed the handrail (photos attached).
