The down pipe that in connected to the gutter on our roof has come loose/ eroded/ cracked over time- so rather than all the water going into the water tank, it just goes on the ground next to it. I have brought the new pipes, adhesives, primer and piping concrete if required. It’s approx 15 job for someone who knows what they are doing.

I have a down pipe outside my window with a link in it. I think there’s a hot water system on the roof and it leaks almost constantly at night on to the kink, making a drip noise all night. I’ve been told it needs a chain to go down or for the water to be redirected. We live on a two story house as well.

I have a front bullnose roof, which connects to a down pipe on the side of the house. The piece of pipe connecting the gutter to the down pipe rusted out. I have temporarily attached a plastic piece, but I need a new piece supplied and installed, to connect the two again. Install underfloor insulation under a weatherboard house. Steps 1. Assess, 2 Collect material (prefer earthwool underfloor)from Bunnings 3 install new with straps 4 fix any previous work sagging with straps. Note: 90% of the job has been completed with green autex greenstuf, due to access issues person could not finish. We've since had 24 m3 of dirt removed to improve access. Now need to finish the job.
