I have a downpipe spreader on my roof that is not long enough and has holes that are too large. Need to replace the short spreader with a longer one with smaller holes.

Roof gutters of two houses need cleaning.

We’ve got some water damage plywood (thin ply) with insulation behind that needs to be replaced. There’s approximately 20 metres of water damaged ply in strips approx. 30cm high. The replacement strips will need to be finished in clear varnish to match the rest of the walls. The job would ideally be done over the weekend, or by Tuesday at the latest.

Just purchased a 2000 corolla and on its first wash since owning it (with a high pressure washer) the clear has flaked off across the whole roof. The condition of the paint underneath is still good so looking for a qualified trade who can reclear the whole roof.

To replace 2 x rusted small horizontal sections of metal down pipe with PVC. Replace 1 x rusted metal elbow sections and spreader with PVC. Repair/replace 1 damaged down pipe with PVC. Paint said sections of pipe - Due date: Flexible
