Need help connecting wifi extender with ASUS router to existing ASUS router. Basically make them talk to each other please. It’s been set up previously but now I can’t get the 2nd router working again.

Internet is down. Either faulty NBN device. Or Router has died. Or possible (but unlikely) cable issue. Step 1: Plug in a laptop directly into NBN device to make sure internet working. Possibly NBN device needs to be reset. Step 2: Check and see if router (TP-Link) is working okay. There is a slight chance it needs to be replaced. There should be a replacement router at location, but if you have a spare one in case, that would be helpful.

I forgot my wifi password and cant connect. I tried factory resetting the modem to default login (admin) and password (admin) but i still cant login to the modem.

After an outage last night we cannot connect to the internet. Settings on phones and laptops have stick for being connected to the network but we cannot get from there to the internet. We would love your advice and assistance please. With thanks John

Check condition of router, repair or fix wifi. Settings on laptop and phones say we are connected to wifi but no link to internet is made

We need someone to check and fix the modem/internet connection at the property. The green LED light for the internet is not turning ON. It shows connected but no Internet. FYI- the account has an updated payment.

-Need 3x Wireless access points installs, location as per attached plan. They will not be straight forward installs. I want someone who prioritises the ideal final result over time or running off to the next job.

Just need a new router installed. Internet currently working however due to very old router, the range isnt the best. So Id like to try a new router.
