After an outage last night we cannot connect to the internet. Settings on phones and laptops have stick for being connected to the network but we cannot get from there to the internet. We would love your advice and assistance please. With thanks John

Check condition of router, repair or fix wifi. Settings on laptop and phones say we are connected to wifi but no link to internet is made

We need someone to check and fix the modem/internet connection at the property. The green LED light for the internet is not turning ON. It shows connected but no Internet. FYI- the account has an updated payment.

Want the job booked and completed at the same time so you are on site to manage the NBN installer(s), assist if required, and ensure the desired final result is achieved. -This job is NOT for an inexperienced installer or an installer who does not take pride in their work. I want someone who prioritises the ideal final result over time or running off to the next job.

Just need a new router installed. Internet currently working however due to very old router, the range isnt the best. So Id like to try a new router.
