Computer isn’t connecting to the router for a stronger internet connection

I have two glinet routers and I would like to set up a wireguard VPN server at home that connects to a travel router I take with me travelling and reflects my home IP address. It experts needed! Glinet provides YouTube guides but I want to make sure I’ve done correctly. Thanks!

Tv & cameras won’t connect to new router (dlink dsl-4320L) mb phones/tablets/pc are ok. Tv works with land cable but not wifi, can’t get uniden cameras connected either. All products worked with modern TPG provided before upgrade router other day

New modem from Optus, (Arcady) required because old modem speed was poor (Sagemcom about 4 years old). Have tried Optus technicians (4) they even supplied another modem & brought one from JB Hi-FI still did not recognise the items listed below. Ring door bell OK, Smart TV OK, Internet OK, however cannot get printer (Cannon MG3660) Outside Camera (Tapo 310) & Fusion solar app. All these devices worked on old modem, I have even tried guest Wi-Fi on modem (Optus advise) still did not work

Please help me with my home internet, Had a netgear mesh modem its old and has a tendency to need to be reset everyday. Brought a new mesh modem and cannot get the internet to connect to. Im putting the same cords in the same spot. Even tried using new internet cable, please only put in offers if you can help. Located in alkimos, this task may be able to be done remotely but you may need to out as i dont really know much about this stuff. We are on fibre.
