I have some things that I would like to get rid of. One is a sofa bed which was expensive when bought but I don't want it anymore, and some other general building waste including bricks, tile off cuts, a pallet, a cupboard and other small things. I just want it gone so if there is something you can use or keep, otherwise happy for it to go to the tip.

We have had a local business let us down and keep delaying getting the job done and we need some renovation rubbish removed ASAP. There is glass panels, an old fencing panel, old tiles, besser block segments, two boxes full of junk, an old felt-like carpet etc. it is all sorted into piles to make recycling what can be easier. The rubbish removal service quoted us $700 when they saw pictures. So I will offer the same price to anyone who wants to do the job. You must pay all tipping fees for that cost and you must complete the job and remove all the rubbish. Some of it could be resold on gumtree if you have the space and time? The rest of it will need to go to the tip. You can back right up to the location, so the carry distance is short, but there is a lot of stuff and our driveway backs down to the garage door where everything is. The large glass panels were from screen doors, so you will need a trailer that is large enough to do the job and a second person to help you lift everything into the trailer. We want it done with no mess left behind. We are a covid free household and all materials are either in front of the garage or in the garage, separate from the rest of our home, so it will be a mostly contact free job, once I point out what to remove from the garage and what to leave and we can all wear masks for that conversation of course. If you have a strong car and trailer it might be two box trailers full? But it is heavy stuff (tiles and besser block bits) and that is why we were quote so much expense for the job. I just need the job done ASAP.
