Picking up a car load of rubbish (mostly cardboard boxes) from our house

I’m coming to the end of my home renovations and need someone to move: 1. Fridge from my courtyard back into my kitchen ~6m distance. Need special care moving this as I have newly polished timber floors. 2. Glass dining table from bedroom to dining room - down hallway ~3m distance. Glass is quite heavy, 2.2m long however has been moved by two people previously. There are no stairs and no obstructions for moving of both items, they are just too heavy for me to move due to back injuries.
