Will need to pick up a fridge from Maroubra and on the way back a wardrobe from Hillsdale. The drop off is at Hillsdale. I will be at the Maroubra pick up spot to pay the vendor and will need transport back, If possible. The fridge is 155*55 and the wardrobe is medium size. Move a fridge, couch, washing machine, king size mattress and work desk from Maroubra to Pymble. Three flights of steps on pickup with narrow staircase but roomy landing , no steps at the end. NO assistance available from me so need likely 2 people to manage. Maybe other small boxes or miscellaneous items in addition.

I need some concrete building rubble removed and disposed of per the photo. The rubble has been broken up for ease of lifting and removal. The rubble is unreinforced concrete from a shed pad demolition (1.5 x 1.5m). The material is stacked to the side of the driveway, so it is easy to load into a ute (or similar). My parents have just moved in and need boxes and packing removed. Lots of mostly empty boxes, and a small amount of non recyclable. All dry and clean and brand new from the past few days of moving (nothing wet or old).

Free Sand. 8 bags of sand waiting for collection and use/ disposal. The sand is from a removed pool sand filter, so is uncontaminated & relatively clean. Each bag as pictured is 15kg. One bag of other debris sitting with sand (as pictured) does not need to be removed. Sand bag count is approximately 8 (+/-1). less than 10m flat footpath to the edge of property. There is usually parking nearby but it's a quiet residential street for easy loading. Sand (grade 16 / 30) is good for clean fill, gardens or raked on lawn etc. Can be collected at any time of day or evening (subject to agreement) without meeting onsite.

We need our backyard cleared. We’ll provide a skip bin. Things to remove include a clothes line (see photos), play/exercise equipment (see photos), blueboard fence cladding, old pant pots etc. This will require digging up and removal of cement footing for the clothes line and the equipment. Must have own equipment.
