I'm moving out and have household rubbish and cardboard I need to get rid of. They need to be picked up and disposed of with you own vehicle.

We recently had a flood in our garage and the gym mats (as pictured) have become damaged even after they dried out - as such we need tj remove the gym mats and dispose them. In order to remove them you will need to lift the heavy gym equipment - see attached pic, so please ensure you have adequate man power to lift the gym equipment and remove the gym mats. The gym mats must then be disposed at my husbands work (he has a large bin), which is located less than 5 min away in Riverwood. That’s are approx. 12 gym mats in total Noting this gym space is in my garage so a car can be directly reversed into my garage to place the gym mats in and take. Them for disposal to my husbands office in Riverwood.

We require (preferably) two strong people with a truck to remove and dispose of bulk cardboard boxes at their choice of tipping point/recycling centre. The cardboard boxes are all cut and fit into individual boxes for easier movability. This won’t fit into one van load, however if you’d like to take two (or more) trips you may be considered just based on availability. If we are not too busy during that time, there will be two people to help move the boxes. **dumbbells not included, use as size guide** We’d like to get this done as soon as possible, even as early as mid day tomorrow.
