I had a bad tenant who has just moved out and the house has a lot of leftovers. I need someone to empty the bins, remove boxes, and empty the garden shed. The ask is for both removal and disposal of the items. NOTE: - The quoted price is just to reserve the task, so that you can have a look and then quote accordingly. This is to avoid surprises for either of us. I will increase the price of this task once we finalize the work. - I can't physically visit the property so have provided what all photos I could gather from my property manager. The property is empty and you are free to visit and give a quote. - Please have a look at my other open tasks, I need to get a fair bit of things done at the property.
