We are a specialist surgical practice requiring help with setting up Monday for our clinic's workflows, new enquiries, marketing, website, chat bot, reporting, automations/sequential logic and patient follow up process. Our practice management system does not integrate with Monday and so some manual re-entering of new leads will always be required, but we hope to be able to utilise Monday as fully as possible. We currently use HubSpot and will need to migrate our HubSpot data to Monday as well. Job will consist of on-site familiarisation with our workflows and objectives, implementation and training for our team to use the program.
