Samsung twin cooling fridge not cooling properly. It slightly cools but not fully. Freezer is working fine. Not sure if it's a blocked vent or something is broken.

Need a fridge technician to fix our fridge. Our Samsung Twin Cooling single door fridge is over freezing everything, even when I turn the temperature dial to the warmest setting. It’s occurring in both in the freezer and the fridge so I don’t think it’s a busted seal.

Frezer is working, but the fridge is not cooling to under five

Water is forming under right vegetable draw.

Fridge isn’t cold enough even on highest setting. Freezer seems to be fine but food keeps going bad in fridge only keeping it slightly cool and noticing moisture in fridge getting a bit wet

Samsung double door fridge repair - re advertised task as life got in the way. Fridge compartment not keeping temperature, sitting around 15 degrees. Happened during house move, frosting happening at back of fridge - melting down. Freezer compartment works well. Technician looked at it and found no immediate issue, did not return for further investigation (opening up back). Need to repair a samsung fridge asap where the top fridge is not cooling properly. Currently it’s on 13 degrees instead of the recommended 3 degrees. The freezer is working fine. My Samsung fridge model srl550dw is not cooling my food and there is ice building up in the vents and coil. I have noticed that there is black melted rubber situated on the coil.
