On 23/12, Samsung fridge/freezer started making a loud noise and then when it was opened, the noise would stop and there was like a fan/motor loudly winding down. I found out it could be the evaporator fan, so I turned off the fridge for a day to defrost the back panels. It was working fine (no noise) for 10 days, till tonight (4/1/24). I just want it assessed to see if it's worth fixing it or if I'm better off getting a new fridge. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 January 2024

Hi, Our Samsung fridge is making a loud fan noise (hitting something). Samsun advised this was when a certain component inside gets to frosted and the fan rubs against it. We just want it fixed so we can sleep at night :) I’ve included a picture of the model number.

Gets too cold and freezes. Water gathering at the base of fridge inside. 8 year old fridge.

My 10-year-old Samsung fridge is suddenly not cold. It still switches on with lights on inside but both fridge and freezer are not cold. The compressor appears not working as it doesn't make any noise. On Friday night, there was a trip on the electrical fuse box and the kitchen area lost power. We pushed the trip fuse switch back on and power was restored. After that we noticed the fridge has lost coolness. I attached herewith photos of fridge and model no.
