Lay a mortar screed for the bathroom floor, incorporating a proper slope for water drainage to a linear drain (for the shower area) and a floor waste. Ensure the screed level aligns with two door entries. Bathroom Details: Linear Drain: Installed in the shower area, requiring a consistent slope toward it. Floor Waste: Centrally located, requiring a gentle slope in all directions. Two Door Entries: Ensure level thresholds to meet adjoining floor heights. Preparation: Walls and other preparation work will already be completed. Provide all materials (cement, sand, bonding agents, etc.) unless otherwise specified. Work Expectations: Proper installation of screed with slopes to ensure efficient drainage. Smooth, even finish ready for waterproofing or tiling. Water proofing can also be included.

Experienced tiler required to install 2 x door water stops (in doorways) and shower stops set up for a frameless shower. Also, the screed needs to be installed to the correct height for tile and shower installation. Small bathroom 2.3m x 2.2m. If you can water-proof, we can discuss that option. I have an 850x850 shower base with the circular drain against the wall, renovating my bathroom so need the screeding done to thst point so i can tile ontop of it.

The concrete slab in my unit needs to be leveled with screeding and finished to prepare for hybrid flooring installation. the area to be levelled is 30sqm covering the living and kitchen areas. The area has a difference of 40mm between the highest and lowest point in one of the corners and 10mm difference on the opposite corner, please see image attached for clarity. On average I calculate about 20mm topping. The surface is clean and ready for screeding.

Hi there, I am in the process of renovating my bathroom and needing a tiler/handyman to screed the showerbase. It is a sunken shower base to needing to level with height of the concrete bathroom floor with run off down to drain pipe. There is about 35mm depth now after I have just concreted. Size of showerbase is approx 920 x 980mm. I have a puddle flange and 80mm square grate to go on at the end to be accounted for Located in Seabrook (Point Cook). Thanks

I need a tiler to screed and tile to match the existing level. 16 square meter section. Tiles provided. The current tiles are in a diamond pattern with a broader. Tile are 305x305 boarder 200x400 The person will need to remove some of the existing half diamond tiles to continue the pattern. You will need to provide sand/cement/chicken wire glue grout and labour. Please note. The boarder tiles are pacer size which means the level of the screed will need to be different. Also important the person need to be clean and take any left over rubbish and materials.
