Wedding in April want to see if this is salvageable for her

Need a 10mm hem sewn (zigzag or any strong stitch)onto a 70cm x 30cm Neoprene (laminated top with nylon and embossed on bottom) on all 4 sides Will need to leave a little opening at back to feed thru some bungie cord to provide elasticity to the fabric to make it able to be tighten . The neoprene is about 2.5mm thick

I have an African wedding I’m going to and I’ve bought some fabric. I just want a simple yet nice looking belt made out of African fabric that I have bought. The fabric comes in soon and I need someone who knows how to sew well and could make what I’m looking for. The wedding is on the 23rd of November. So I need it done before then. I’ve put the location as Wollongong but of course you can do this at home once I drop the material. You just have to live in the Illawarra. I’m hoping within 2 days this can be completed. Recover my couch cushion please. I have the fabric (which is Polyolefine) and will either supply or pay for zip & thread. Will deliver old cover for pattern. I want to cut off the shaped bit at the top of the cushion so that it is square (see photo).
