Find experienced local seamstresses in Penrith

I have two pieces of canvas fabric, I need them sown together. They are 8m x 4m, joining on the 8m side. I then need the whole thing hemmed.

I’m looking for a seamstress to create a dress for me. I have attached photos of the dress I am after to be made but want it to be made in plain black satin.
