I bought a dress pattern off Etsy for a long dress, square neckline and short sleeves. The style is quite casual, like the casual dresses worn in Jane Austen movies or like the casual dresses in the TV show Bridgerton. Could you let me know if this is something you'd be able to do, and if so roughly how much would you charge and how long would it take to complete, roughly?
