I have about 10 patches that I need sewn onto my new leather vest

We have a 2 seater couch which we want a fitted cover for that covers it all around to ground level and fits snugly. Rough dimensions are shown below. We want to cover in a white/cream linen fabric. Standard size is 1.5 m wide at Spotlight. We will provide the fabric, but would like an estimation of how many metres are required for the size given below. I have no idea how much time is required to do this by someone who is experienced in things like this so just put a nominal budget amount. My name is Maddie, I own a Dog Business. We currently sell manufactured dog harnesses, leashes, poop bag holders, bandanas and bow ties. However, I am wanting to expand my range to include dog rashies, dog shirts, dog jumpers, etc. I feel these would compliment my current range I stock. I am looking for a seamstress/dress maker to create these products for me. I am more than happy to provide the patterns, fabrics, my logo and sizing tags. For my first order, I would be looking at a few sizes, such as, extra small, small, medium and large. Possibly in four colour ways, and a couple of each sizing. However, these orders may increase in size pending the popularity of the product. Is this something you would be interested in providing?
