Strengthen 4x cutouts on a tonneau cover as per example in picture.

I need couch cushions sewed/stitched. I have two pieces of raw foam (600x600) and enough fabric to cover them. I need the fabric cut to size and sewed as a cover for the foam. There is a dia=6-7mm screw on my sewing machine, that I can’t loose it to change my sewing foot. It’s way too tight, really need help urgently. And the table is a bit shaky.
